What you will do
- Build the deterministic build-and-migrate engine and its validation sandbox.
- Design multi-tenant hosting, provisioning, backups, and reliability.
- Turn recurring client needs into reusable platform capabilities.
What we look for
- 5+ years shipping production backends (Python strongly preferred).
- Comfort with databases, infrastructure, and clean, testable systems.
- Bias to ship, and pride in reliability over cleverness.
AI Engineer — the agent & blueprint

Make agent makn genuinely great at understanding a business and proposing the right ERP blueprint, then keeping it accurate as the business changes.
What you will do
- Design the agent loop: prompts, tools, structured blueprint output, and guardrails.
- Build evaluation and feedback so every build teaches the next one.
- Keep the human-approval gate airtight, no surprises to the live system.
What we look for
- Hands-on experience with LLM applications, tool use, and evals.
- Strong engineering fundamentals; you ship, not just prototype.
- Judgement about where AI should and should not be trusted.
ERP Implementation & Customer Success Lead

What you will do
- Run onboarding and go-live for early customers across MENA.
- Own data migration quality, training, and adoption.

- Years of hands-on ERP implementation (Odoo, SAP, Dynamics, or similar).
- Fluent Arabic and English; regional business experience.

- Strong systems thinking and comfort in Figma and real front-end constraints.
