How we collect, use, and protect your information, in plain language.
makn ("makn", "we", "us") provides makn, the AI-built ERP described on this website. If you have any questions about this policy or your data, contact us at hello@makn.ai.
When you join our early-access list or contact us, we collect the information you give us: your work email, business name, a short description of your business, team size, and what systems you run today. We also collect basic analytics about how the site is used (e.g. pages visited), where you have consented to it.
We use your information to: contact you about early access and pricing; understand who our future customers are so we can build the right product; respond to your enquiries; and improve this website. We do not sell your personal data.
We process your information based on your consent (given when you submit a form) and our legitimate interest in operating and improving makn. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing us.
We use trusted service providers to run our website and store form submissions (for example, our hosting and forms provider). They process data on our behalf under appropriate agreements. We may disclose information if required by law.
We aim to store customer and operational data in the UAE for MENA clients. Website and early-access data may be processed by our hosting and forms providers in their respective locations, subject to appropriate safeguards.
We keep early-access and contact information for as long as needed to pursue the relationship, and delete or anonymise it on request or when it is no longer needed.
Subject to applicable UAE data-protection law (PDPL), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and object to certain processing. To exercise any right, email hello@makn.ai.
We use essential cookies to run the site and, with your consent, analytics cookies to understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser and any consent banner we display.
We may update this policy as makn grows. The current version is always available at this page. Last updated: 1 July 2026.
